Based in our Shirley centre, you’ll be the friendly face of the AA—bringing a warm, bubbly personality and customer-first mindset to every interaction.
As a Customer Sales Consultant, you’ll:
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and promote the right AA products and services
Drive sales and achieve KPIs while delivering exceptional service
Create a positive, lively experience for every customer who walks through our doors
Handle a variety of tasks, including general administrative and customer service support
Work standard hours across Monday to Friday — 40 hours per week.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has proven retail and/or sales experience, with confidence in achieving targets
Brings high energy, positivity, and a bubbly personality to every shift
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and learns quickly
Works well with others and lifts the team around them
Enjoys connecting with people and making every interaction memorable
