In this role, you will be responsible for the development and the execution of the Lean and Digitization pillars that will change the way parts business is managed within Gas Services organization.

You will design, develop, and deploy wing to wing solutions aimed to reduce Cycle Time of the overall parts business cycle (from Customer RFQ to physical parts delivery back to Customers), and bring efficiency and productivity improvements leading to lower costs and increased capacity.
 

As a Services Senior Specialist - Business Operations, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating execution and delivery of Brilliant Parts program with a strong focus on applying LEAN to the Operations processes (holistic view, from Customer demand to delivery).
• Leveraging on Lean to redesign critical processes (both transactional and physical), screening needs with stakeholders, assess business benefits and prioritize, execute up to proven MVPs and Pilots, develop and rollout Final products.
• Assuring the right prioritization for the initiatives, respecting time constraints and optimizing budget spending.
• Building and maintaining a detailed milestones planning integrating all work breakdown structure of its program, monitoring execution with adequate KPIs, reporting to upper management on execution status.
• Performing business analysis and quantifying decisions through the utilization of data.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Economics and Statistic
• Demonstrated relevant expertise in Lean and Six Sigma.
• Strong background in Digital Technology, Operations or Project/Program Management, Material Management, with relevant experience across diverse industries
• Be fluent both in Italian and English, with good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Requirements

• Be able to develop models and algorithms/analytics within assigned projects taking care of the functional standpoint, adhering to business standards, practices, procedures and product / program requirements.
• Show Digital Dexterity and be passionate for data analysis and analytics, confident with platforms, such as PowerBI and Tableau.
• Display good knowledge of digital trends, Industry 4.0 topics, Artificial Intelligence, and Python programming knowledge.
