About the role
UGL is seeking two experienced Warehouse Officers (Level 2 Operators) to join our warehouse operations team. These are permanent roles with immediate start, supporting day-to-day warehouse activities and major shutdown and maintenance events.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring materials are received, stored, issued, and managed safely and accurately, while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys an active environment and can work both independently and as part of a team.
Roster:
5-day weeks / 8-hour days, with overtime and weekend work required at client request to support shutdowns and critical maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities
- Receive, check, store, and issue materials in line with purchase orders and site requirements
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation (SAP experience valued)
- Support shutdowns, maintenance events, and urgent ad-hoc material deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant warehouse environment
- Actively participate in safety initiatives, audits, and continuous improvement
About you
- Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment
- Current National C Class Driver’s Licence
- Current High-Risk Work LF (Forklift) Licence
- Strong safety focus and ability to follow procedures
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and a reliable, can-do attitude
- Experience using SAP and Microsoft Office (desirable)
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods, Chain of Responsibility, and load restraint (highly regarded)
