About the team
TikTok Shop Shopping Center serves as a central hub where users can easily discover promotions (campaigns & flash sale), a wider product assortment from across our TikTok Shop merchants recommended through shoppable content (in-feed video, product showcase and LIVEs) as well as manage their orders all natively within one tab.
- Lead planning and execution of major promotional events for the UK marketplace. Develop annual marketing strategies, define resource allocation mechanisms and evaluation frameworks to deliver GMV growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, R&D and algorithm teams to enhance the efficiency of promotional tools (e.g. vouchers, discount mechanics) and traffic utilisation, improving user conversion and subsidy effectiveness.
- Drive the proportion of hybrid-funded activities and support the iteration of merchant-facing products – including operational tools, campaign management and data productisation – to help sellers scale investment and operational efficiency.
- Work with user experience teams to optimise the shopping journey during peak sales periods, strengthening user trust and increasing retention and repurchase rates.
- Build marketplace promotional awareness through integrated online and offline initiatives tailored to user habits.
