About the team
The Advertiser Experience team plays a critical role in balancing risk and revenue across advertising and business operations, while ensuring the quality of advertisers on our platform.
In this role, you will engage with selected clients who aim to achieve business success through our platform by providing various forms of strategic consultation and support. You will apply a solution-oriented approach to policy and technical issues, while collaborating closely with Sales and cross-functional partners to identify key opportunities that maximize advertiser experience and business outcomes.
This role requires a strong client-centric mindset and the ability to proactively identify and deliver new opportunities that create mutual value for both advertisers and the platform.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Integrity team, supporting Sales teams and advertisers by identifying and resolving integrity-related issues accurately and efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to improve advertising review systems and drive systematic enhancements to advertiser experience through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Educate advertisers through training and consultation, helping them better understand and mitigate their risk factors while improving the smoothness and effectiveness of ad delivery on the platform.
• Develop a deep understanding of advertisers’ business models across various industries and act as a TikTok business solutions expert by providing customized support solutions to strategic advertisers and Sales teams.
