Outbound Classifieds Sales Consultant

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re on the hunt for an energetic, driven sales star to join our dynamic team in our Hastings office. As a part-time Outbound Classified Sales Consultant working 30 hours per week, you’ll lead the charge in generating new business, rekindling existing relationships, and smashing sales targets.

HOW YOU'LL DO IT:

• Revenue Generation: Get creative and go after fresh business, targeting competitors and capitalising on campaign-driven opportunities!

• Sales Process & Procedures: Master the art of closing deals with confidence, turning every call into a win for both you and your clients.

• Customer Service: Offer tailor-made, needs-based solutions that wow clients, while ensuring top-notch ad quality and style.

• Team Spirit: Collaborate, innovate, and cheer on the team as you work together to exceed targets and push boundaries.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Network across departments, solve problems, and stay ahead of the game with the latest media trends.
  

ABOUT YOU:

• You have 1-2 years of experience in sales or telemarketing, and you're eager to make an impact.

• You’re tech-savvy, with intermediate proficiency in Windows and Word – advertising or marketing experience is a bonus!

• You’re a master communicator! Confident, clear, and always keeping everyone in the loop.

• You’re a team player. You value collaboration, respect diverse opinions, and bring your A-game to every interaction. You’re always looking for ways to learn, develop, and adapt in an ever-evolving industry.
