Media Coordinator – South Island

What’s the role?
You’ll be part of the support team for our Southern commercial team, supporting the entire sales process and helping deliver integrated marketing campaigns that make a real impact for our customers. From booking campaigns across multiple platforms to compiling post-campaign insights, you’ll play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly.
What you’ll do:
Coordinate and book advertising across audio, print, and digital platforms.
Assist with client proposals and campaign reporting.
Operate multiple systems (Hubspot, booking tools) with confidence.
Provide exceptional admin support to the wider commercial team.
Learn the ins and outs of NZME’s media products and the NZ media landscape.
What we’re looking for:
A quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Detail-focused, organised, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
Confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively.
Tech-savvy and eager to master new systems.
Previous experience in media or marketing is a bonus, but not essential.
