Enhance our brand's presence by leading the brand planning and refining our marketing investment framework in alignment with our strategic vision. Maintain consistent standards through methodical campaign planning and deployment. Serve as a primary reference for calendar coordination, financial planning, and storytelling, as the connecting point between activation functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Annual Planning: Go To Market & Marketing Investment:
Manager Deliverables:
• Direct comprehensive multi-year MAEX planning, aligning with SEA strategic objectives across all channels.
• Collaborate with finance and brand teams to strategize the MAEX plan, ensuring it meets annual KPIs.
• Supervise MAEX in-season adjustments, maintaining alignment with forecasts, and periodically briefing upper management.
• Lead MAEX allocation recommendations, streamlining the entire process.
• Oversee the MAEX operational flow, ensuring timely content deliverables and milestone reports and review meetings preparations.
• Formulate and disseminate clear communication on MAEX plan progress and results.
Omnichannel Calendar Planning & Comms Architecture:
• Steer the creation of the annual One SEA Brand Calendar Framework, emphasizing consumer-centric strategies and refining Brand Comms Architecture.
• Strategize the seasonal calendar in alignment with BU/category plans, brand objectives, and market needs, in consultation with the Brand Leadership team.
• Harness BU strategy insights for cross-category calendar development, establishing a unified reference point for BU/category engagements.
• Communicate pivotal calendar adjustments and campaign shifts to stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment year-round.
• Lead campaign planning coherence across all country clusters
Brand Operations:
• Elevate our brand's presence both locally and globally by defining and ensuring impeccable delivery of campaign planning processes, resulting in consistently high standards of execution.
• Champion inter-functional alignment across BU, Activation, Newsroom, Omni, Digital, PR, Brand Partners and other relevant departments at local, cluster, global, and hub levels, ensuring a unified and superior consumer-facing experience.
• Strategize and direct campaign planning milestones, guaranteeing a synchronized approach across all country clusters.
• Pioneer standardization initiatives both pre-season and in-season:
o Direct milestone planning and management using smart sheets to ensure timely execution and team efficiency.
o Promote and oversee platform & tools adoption, such as the campaign portal, ensuring its optimum utilization across teams.
o Spearhead strategic improvement initiatives, focusing on refining the internal end-to-end process for enhanced collaboration and efficiency.
o Innovate and implement streamlined ways of working, constantly analyzing workflows to identify areas of enhancement for maximum effectiveness.
