It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. Responsibilities:
- Design product based on the understanding of motivations and needs of different layers of paid users.
- Unearth hidden user value through data analysis of paid user and live creator's characteristics, build effective measures to guide payments.
- Participate in mathematical design of features targeted at different group of paid users and creators, collaborate to achieve growth target of both paid user and creators-with-income.
- Write PRDs, coordinate resources with cross-functional teams and drive the requirement's developing, testing and launching, etc.
