As we continue scaling nationally, we’re looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Maintenance Support Agent to join our growing Operations team.

You’ll sit at the centre of our maintenance and service operations - working closely with customers, installers, finance companies, and internal teams to keep jobs moving and issues resolved quickly.
From coordinating maintenance bookings and investigating complaints to supporting installer relationships and evaluating system performance, no two days look the same.
This role suits someone highly organised, calm under pressure, and confident managing multiple moving parts at once.
Please note: This role is onsite Monday–Friday at our vibrant Byron Bay HQ located in the industrial estate.
