The Role
As a maintenance handyperson, you’ll play a key part in keeping our hostel running smoothly, safely, and looking its best.
Your day-to-day includes;
- General maintenance tasks such as painting, patching, repairs, and basic carpentry.
- Responding to maintenance requests promptly.
- Supporting preventative maintenance programs.
- Room inspections and fault identification.
- Maintaining tools and equipment.
- Managing supplies.
- Maintaining indoor and outdoor areas.
- Coordinating with Front Desk and Housekeeping.
- Logging tasks and tracking issues.
- Supporting contractors onsite.
- Assisting with low-voltage electrical work.
Who We Are Looking For
You’re a hands-on problem solver with a knack for keeping things running smoothly and tackling challenges as they arise. Reliable and proactive, you work just as confidently on your own as you do in a team, bringing a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
