Maintain accurate inventory records & optimize inventory levels
Support operational efficiency and compliance
Primary point of contact for Supply Chain Specialist support
Administer and maintain cycle count data, report results, support audit process
Main point of contact for Supply Chain Specialist (SCS) support & communication
Oversees return process for warehouse team
Complete goods receipt for merchandise & subcontract items; make sure labels are printed
Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and implement preventative measures; manage PROD inventory with operations support
Manage shipping log & documents for all warehouses
Coordinates sample request intake and delegates associated workload
Report team KPIs
Support logistics coordination for incoming and outgoing freight
Any additional duties assigned by management
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of warehouse or shipping/receiving experience
Understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Proficient in office management software (Excel, Word, etc.)
Forklift experience recommended
Positive and professional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, strong sense of urgency
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Cross-functional communication and coordination
Inventory accuracy and data management
