HSE Ownership: You take responsibility for Health, Safety & Environment at a manufacturing site with around 100 employees, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and effective preventive measures.
Safety Culture: Together with managers and employees, you drive risk assessments, root cause analyses and accident prevention initiatives while strengthening a proactive safety culture on the shopfloor.
Quality Management: You further develop the quality management system from a strategic perspective, enhance sustainable quality standards and support the team in complaint and quality-related topics.
Leadership: You lead and develop the QHSE team, foster collaboration and create an environment built on accountability, teamwork and safety awareness.
Audits & Compliance: You manage internal audits and actively support external audits and customer visits in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
Site Leadership: As part of the site management team, you contribute to operational and strategic decisions and act as a role model for ownership, leadership and safety culture.
Experience: You bring several years of experience in an HSE-focused role within an industrial manufacturing environment and ideally have previous leadership experience.
Qualification: You hold a degree in engineering, HSE, environmental management, quality management or a comparable qualification.
Expertise: You have solid knowledge in occupational health & safety, health and environmental management – ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on Approach: You enjoy working closely with people on the shopfloor and know how to develop practical solutions together with operational teams.
Working Style: Strong analytical skills, a structured approach to audits, risk management and change processes, combined with a pragmatic mindset, define your way of working.
Languages: You communicate fluently in German and confidently in English (minimum B2 level) and build trust through clarity, visibility and positive leadership.
