Responsibilities:

Building, motivating, and developing the team through a clear, respectful, and team-oriented leadership style

Promoting independent, goal- and results-oriented work

Overall responsibility for the continuous improvement of goods receipt and intralogistics processes

Systematic improvement of quality, efficiency, and process stability

Active participation and, where applicable, sub-project management in cross-functional projects (e.g., Intralogistics 2.0)

Close collaboration and coordination with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Planning, Procurement, IT)

Ensuring compliance with all legal and internal requirements in the areas of occupational safety, health and environmental protection (HSE), and quality management

Qualifications:

Completed training as a mechanical engineering technician, industrial foreman (m/f/d), or a comparable technical qualification

Strong leadership skills with strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, a high degree of assertiveness, and empathy when interacting with employees

Ideally, in-depth expertise in the areas of goods receiving and logistics

Knowledge of lean management and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment)

Proficiency in using key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports for data-driven decision-making

Excellent MS Office skills and strong communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)

Strong analytical skills, particularly for analyzing root causes of errors and handling customer complaints
