GENERAL JOB INFORMATION
Job Title: Trade Application Support
Reports to: Group Manager, Card Operations
Grade: 3A
JOB PURPOSE
This function is directly responsible for driving the support for Eximbills and other trade modules Systems Platform of the group. Provide overall guidance to users across the group and ensure all Trade Products processed in are done in the most efficient way for all stake holders - Affiliates, Business and Clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The overall scope of responsibility for this position includes:
• Collaborate with the IT Team and EXIMBILLS Consultants to provide functional support for the EXIMBILLS application.
• Provide timely resolution of issues and queries raised by Trade Services staff across affiliates.
• Ensure concession rates and charges are accurately maintained within EXIMBILLS at the Centre.
• Ensure all EXIMBILLS-related issues raised by affiliates are resolved within agreed timelines and target dates.
• Manage and track change requests relating to EXIMBILLS through to successful closure.
• Deliver training to Trade staff on the EXIMBILLS application based on identified knowledge gaps and operational needs.
• Develop and generate comprehensive production reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly) for Management and business stakeholders as required.
• Customize and document Trade processes within EXIMBILLS to serve as user guides and operational manuals for processing staff.
• Conduct periodic reviews of Trade Operations procedures to ensure compliance with current UCP and URC regulations and industry standards.
• Liaise with vendors interfacing with EXIMBILLS, including Flexcube, Trade Front Office, OMNI, CAD System, and other platforms, to ensure issues are tracked, monitored, and resolved promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Trade Operations policies and Operational Risk requirements.
• Ensure all trade transactions processed in EXIMBILLS are successfully updated in Flexcube, and that all outstanding items are resolved within the same business day.
• Monitor and ensure all Trade transactions are booked in EXIMBILLS, while reviewing transactions booked directly in Flexcube and investigating reasons for such exceptions.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is highly desirable.
• Sound knowledge of Trade and Treasury Operations is required.
• Strong understanding of both the technical and business operating environment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, with the ability to appropriately escalate issues and effectively influence senior management and key stakeholders.
• Proven enterprise IT experience, including strong working knowledge of productivity and collaboration tools.
• Good understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and service delivery management principles.
• Experience in trend analysis, reporting, and operational performance monitoring.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, coupled with excellent listening abilities.
• Working experience or general knowledge of the ITIL framework will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly understand and navigate complex systems and processes.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously within a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to engage and interact effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
