The Scaled Growth Team is a strategic engine within TikTok, focused on driving global new client acquisition through high-impact agency partnerships. The team plays a critical role in building and enriching a high-quality client pipeline, working closely with direct sales to support sustainable, long-term growth. By identifying scalable opportunities and unlocking new markets, the team accelerates business expansion while ensuring consistent, high-quality client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Establish Agency-specific sales strategies and execution plans to enable teams to achieve team goals while also driving long-term initiatives, in partnership with SMB leadership.
- Guide team of Agency Partner Managers on consultative, client-centric selling and demonstrate strong understanding of marketing KPIs, TikTok product expertise/capabilities and measurement
- Hire, coach, develop and inspire your direct reports
- Utilize internal data, performance, market trends, landscape and segment analysis to become a TikTok solutions expert, anticipating and identifying long and short term business opportunities at scale across the North America team
- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives that grow the SMB Agency segment via strong project management skills to influence and drive work to completion (Sales Operations, Product Marketing, Program Management, Marketing, Analytics, Strategy, Ad Policy, Partnerships, BDR/Lead Gen, etc.)
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services. Review and advise on continuous improvement activities to ensure processes are aligned to achieve best results
- Build scalable, repeatable processes to accelerate team's impact
- Serve as an external product expert, educating key agencies on TikTok ad solutions and best practices
