Group Lead

You will be responsible for one of our production areas, where we build parts for assembling blades, grind, repair, paint, and weight the blades before releasing for shipment. Here you will be responsible for around 40 - 45 employees, hourly paid production workers. In cooperation with the Production Manager and Group lead colleagues you ensure that production is delivered safely, in the right quality according to delivery plan. Secure that the team is delivering according to the agreed production plan in its own process area. In Nakskov, the production working schedule is based on a 3-1-3-7 rotation of 12-hour shifts. That means that you will meet in thursday, friday, saturday with an off day sunday. Then return to work monday, tuesday and wednesday before going off for a week.
