Location: East (Company Transport Provided at Tanah Merah MRT)
5-day work week (Mon to Sun)
Rotating Shifts: 8.30am to 5.45pm / 10.45am to 8.00pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily villa bookings, amendments, and check-in/out operations.
- Handle guest enquiries, payments, and service recovery when needed.
- Prepare reports, quotations, and billing requests.
- Oversee lost & found items and monitor vehicle registration.
- Provide guests with stay information and assistance during their visit.
- Handle feedback, complaints, and incidents professionally.
- Support Duty Manager and perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N level with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Customer service oriented
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good customer service skills and integrity
- Must be able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays
