Achievement of commercial sales objectives including but not limited to unit volume, penetrations and retention, whilst ensuring good customer outcomes
Deploy and manage MFS dealer oversight framework within your territory
Manage commercial dealer/group relationships, oversight & performance [at all levels] through physical/virtual meetings
Manage internal stakeholder relationships
Take the role of conduit between dealers and internal MFS departments
Improve performance through delivering training and coaching whilst monitoring the completion of training standards via MFS learning management system
Manage relationships with all OEM brand and third-party counterparts
Support launch of all quarterly brand campaigns within dealer networks
Field deployment of all dealer digital initiatives
Ensure personal continuous development in all areas of the Account Manager role
