As part of our great team here at Daimler Truck (DT), we have an exciting opportunity for a Wholesale Dealer Specialist to join us on a Temporary basis for c.12 months.
This role is perfect if you’re looking to be responsible for Wholesale & Customer Audit and output of Risk Reporting for the department. You will also contribute to the completion of daily business requests from the dealer network.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
In this role you will:
Complete planning and execution of Market Area Audits ensuring all audits are completed within the sanction period. Complete pre-audit and post audit tasks. Ensure all items and info required are covered by 3rd party inspectors. Follow up on 3rd party inspector findings directly with dealer staff. Complete month end reporting recording results and follow up actions.
Contribute to the completion of daily business requests from the dealer network and assist with any problematic issues that arise, working with DTUK colleagues or central IT to resolve or provide solutions.
Oversee the reporting outputs of the department and support. Ensuring all output in an accurate and timely fashion. Consult with stakeholders to optimise report requirements, design, and automate reporting where possible.
Interpret early warning signs relating to failed dealer payments. Monitoring the finance system on a daily basis to ensure any dealer debt is minimal. Report any failed payments to management immediately.
Maintain strong and collaborative relations with relevant stakeholders within the DTUK and the DT dealer network. Maintain strong relations with all third party credit risk suppliers, ensuring all KPIs are being achieved.

You may have all/some of these skills:
A very proactive individual with proven problem solving experience within a fast paced working environment.
A strong team player, with the ability to build strong working relationships both in the team but wider department.
Have good IT skills, especially in Microsoft applications such as excel.
Good experience of project management and delivery.
Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
Customer focused.
