As an Associated Therapy Sales Specialist supporting the Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) operating unit, you will play an important role in bringing innovative medical technologies to healthcare professionals and patients. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced sales and clinical teams while developing your expertise in advanced ENT therapies. This role is based in Santiago, Chile and requires regular travel within the assigned territory to support hospitals and healthcare professionals. The position reports to the Sales Manager for the ENT business and involves close collaboration with clinical specialists, marketing teams, and hospital stakeholders. The role follows a hybrid working model, combining field-based customer engagement with internal collaboration and planning.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
• Support the sales team in promoting Medtronic ENT technologies, including the Integrated Power Console (IPC), a surgical system used in ENT procedures for powered instrumentation
• Assist in product demonstrations, clinical support, and case coverage in operating rooms when required
• Develop relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital staff, and procurement stakeholders within the assigned territory
• Support territory planning, opportunity tracking, and account management activities
• Provide product education and training to clinical teams in collaboration with senior sales specialists
• Monitor market activity, competitive products, and customer feedback to support commercial strategy
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical business practices
Required Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, biomedical engineering, or a related field
• 0–3 years of experience in medical device sales, healthcare, or a commercial support role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Ability to learn clinical concepts and communicate the value of medical technologies effectively
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and general digital literacy
