The Department
Alfred Health Carer Services (Carer Services) support the people who care. We provide services to support carers and care relationships in a client-centred, timely and responsive manner.
The Role
Carer Services is a dynamic and values‑driven organisation committed to improving outcomes for unpaid carers across our region. This role offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the delivery of services that support carers and strengthen caring relationships.
We are seeking a Community Development Worker (CDW) to contribute to the development and delivery of high‑quality, client‑facing programs within Carer Services.
As a Community Development Worker, you will work directly with carers to identify their needs, respond with appropriate interventions, and connect them to services that strengthen the carer, the caring role, and the care relationship.
