Role Purpose:
Reporting to the Area Director of Marketing, our new Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting and facilitating the delivery of the marketing and communications strategy across our three Cairns hotels.
This exciting and dynamic role supports the continued growth, positioning and promotion of Crystalbrook Riley, Crystalbrook Bailey and Crystalbrook Flynn — three innovative, sustainably led hotels with their own distinct personality and guest experience.
You will manage the day-to-day marketing and communications activity for the Cairns portfolio, providing strong support to the Area Director of Marketing while working collaboratively with key leaders across hotel operations, food and beverage, events, revenue and sales.
This is a broad and hands-on marketing role covering brand, communications, public relations, digital and social media, advertising and CRM activity. It will suit someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and knows how to turn creative ideas into meaningful commercial outcomes.
