We’re seeking a strategic marketer who enjoys turning complexity into clarity and insight into action. You’ll be responsible for shaping and activating customer value propositions (CVPs) and vertical marketing strategies that resonate with employers and organisations, and motivate them to mobilise their employees and members to make life-changing donations. With a strong focus on partner‑led growth, you’ll help our Partnerships teams clearly understand who to focus on building relationships with, why Lifeblood is relevant to them, and how to drive engagement through compelling narratives, messaging frameworks and demand playbooks.
Key responsibilities
Design and implement insightled CVPs aligned to SME and Enterprise Workplaces and Organisations
Translate customer, partner and market insights into clear targeting, positioning and segmentation frameworks
Develop narratives, proof points and messaging that drive demand and engagement
Partner with Brand, Digital, PR and Customer Marketing teams to activate CVPs through integrated campaigns
Support demand generation and retention through value‑led messaging and partner‑centric storytelling
Enable Partnerships teams with practical tools, playbooks and guidance to activate opportunities
Track performance and iterate strategies based on pipeline quality, engagement and conversion signals
Align strategies with national campaigns, seasonal moments and broader organisational priorities

Experience designing and executing compelling, insight‑led customer value propositions
Strong background in B2B, industry or segment‑based marketing
Ability to translate insight into clear, practical frameworks that drive action
Experience developing go‑to‑market materials, demand playbooks or sales enablement assets
Strong stakeholder and influencing skills across cross‑functional teams
Confidence simplifying complex ideas into clear, consistent messaging
