We’re looking for an Senior Product Designer to join our CRM Sales group in Tel Aviv. This is a rare opportunity to join a group that redefines how revenue teams operate in an Agentic first era.
You’ll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers, owning end-to-end design for features that impact large organizations around the world. This is a high-impact role for a designer who thrives on complexity, leads with all-around builder mindset leveraging AI tools and workflows, is deeply customer-focused, and knows how to deliver elegant solutions at scale.

Senior UX/UI Product Designer, monday CRM
monday.com is looking for an exceptional Senior UX/UI Product Designer to help shape and craft a product that's simple and intuitive. You will design end-to-end user experiences and optimizations – from early prototypes to final implementation and you will also contribute to the development of our product style guidelines and design system.
Our design guild is composed of Marketing, Product, Internal Brand, and motion teams. We take pride in the fact that all aspects of design are done by us, whether it’s branding, printed materials, animation, web, and mobile design. Our designers lead complex processes and create a product that people love and marketing content that is creative, unconventional and impactful.
