Description
We are monday.com, a global software company transforming how businesses run. Our product suite can adapt to the needs of diverse industries and use cases within one powerful platform, empowering ~245,000 customers worldwide to reimagine how work gets done, drive greater efficiency, and scale like never before.
With over 2,500 employees across the globe, we grow by prioritizing transparency and knowledge sharing. We care about the impact you make, not the hours you clock, so we encourage initiative, ownership, and fresh thinking. We back our people with flexible work, wellness and mental health support, and a work environment built on collaboration.
The world of work is changing fast and at monday.com, we're not waiting for it to settle. We're actively rebuilding how people develop, perform, and grow to match the pace and demands of an AI-driven organization.
As a People Development Lead, you'll be at the center of that transformation. You'll redesign critical people processes: performance, engagement, talent development from the ground up, moving fast, testing and iterating, and making real change stick across the org.
About The Role
- Redesign core people processes (performance cycles, engagement mechanisms, org health) to fit the new world of work - lighter, faster, more meaningful.
- Run the full process lifecycle: diagnose the need, design the solution, build the tools, drive adoption - from zero to running.
- Move fast and iterate. Launch MVPs, learn from them, improve. Don't over-engineer before testing.
- Lead cross-functional design sprints and stakeholder alignment - bringing leaders, HRBPs, and teams along without slowing down.
- Integrate AI-enabled workflows into people processes where they create real leverage.
- Define success metrics upfront and track actual impact - not activity.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in People Development, OD, L&D, or a related field in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven experience designing and launching people processes end-to-end (not just facilitating programs).
- Exposure to performance management, engagement, or org health redesign with a strong POV on what the future looks like.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of English proficiency - must operate fluently in a global environment.
- Highly organized and self-directed - able to run multiple workstreams simultaneously at speed.
- Curious about AI tools and eager to use them in your work.
- Master's degree in OD, HR, Business, or related field - an advantage.
