St Vincent’s Private Hospital Melbourne is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Theatre Receptionist / Clerk to join our Perioperative Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative hospital environment, providing exceptional administrative and clerical support to our busy Theatre Department.

Reporting to the Perioperative Services Manager, the Theatre Receptionist / Clerk is responsible for managing the clerical administration of the Perioperative Suite while supporting Nurse Unit Managers and clinical staff with day-to-day administrative functions.
As the first point of contact for patients, visitors, surgeons and staff, you will provide exceptional customer service both face-to-face and over the phone in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
