RECRUITING, JUNIOR ASSOCIATE (FIXED TERM FOR 6 MONTHS)
The Recruiting Intern is responsible for engaging and hiring top talent in multiple markets, across multiple business units.
This role will act as a trusted business partner and manage relationships at all levels to source, attract and deliver new hires to the organization. Through a consultative approach, this role will guide business leaders and applicants at all levels along the full continuum of the candidate life cycle from initial outreach through final stage.
Responsibilities may include any or all of the following:
Consult with Hiring Managers to understand specific performance results desired for each role, developing performance profiles to rely upon during the hiring process (sourcing and recruiting, interviews, feedback sessions and final selection) to lead the team toward making effective and practical hiring decisions.
Partner with the team to deliver a slate of quality direct sourced, diverse candidates
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to create passive talent pipelines using all available resources including our Job Portals, LinkedIn, Google, Career page, etc.
Conduct resume review and initial recruiter screen, manage candidate communication/follow up, lead feedback sessions, and conduct offers and negotiations, all with a strong sense of urgency.
Continually build talent pools to solve future business needs with a focus on specific patterns of performance to identify candidates who will deliver high quality performance and results.
Leverage internal and external data and analytics to consult and communicate effectively to provide frequent touch points with hiring managers and leaders on progress and results.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the candidate lifecycle in a fast moving, deadline driven environment.
Adhoc TA reports, administration tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
Excellent consultation and interpersonal communication skills with all levels of the organization.
Ability to summarize data including external market drivers and design sourcing and marketing strategies to identify and engage with passive talent.
Fluent English.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Motivated and driven to take on additional responsibilities with a sense of urgency.
Work set-up
Hybrid (trainings might take a few days in office for the first 2 weeks of hire)
Willing to work on mid-shift schedule (12:00 PM to 9:00 PM)
Contract-based role for 6 months only
