Leads the design, delivery, and scaling of enterprise digital solutions aligned to the Global Operating Strategy. Owns end‑to‑end solution architecture and delivery of process automation, AI, and digital platforms to drive efficiency, resilience, and measurable business outcomes across the Group.
Partner with senior stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Six Sigma, Finance, and Programme teams to co‑create and deliver digital solutions.
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of high‑impact initiatives aligned to the transformation roadmap and delivery lifecycle.
Deliver measurable cost savings, productivity gains, and process improvements; partner with Finance on benefits tracking.
Act as an internal consultant for process optimisation, automation, and performance measurement.
Design and embed a scalable operating system for Process Excellence and Automation.
Build and manage the Process Excellence Programme, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Train and coach project teams on best‑in‑class tools, methodologies, and delivery practices.
Act as solution owner for cross‑team and enterprise initiatives.
Define reference architectures for Power Platform, Azure, Dataverse, and enterprise integrations.
Design scalable data models and reusable architectural patterns.
Architect and guide end‑to‑end Copilot and AI Agent solutions, including safety, evaluation, and human‑in‑the‑loop controls.
Establish standards for prompt management, version control, evaluation pipelines, and compliance sign‑off.
Define and enforce platform best practices (DLP, environment strategy, solution standards, naming conventions).
Design reusable components, custom connectors, and shared libraries with multi‑tenant and multi‑geo considerations.
Lead performance optimisation across apps, workflows, APIs, and analytics.
Define and manage SLAs/SLOs; design for resilience, DR, and backup/restore.
Oversee complex integrations (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow) across multiple teams.
Lead architecture reviews; mentor Senior Engineers and Engineers.
Evaluate emerging technologies, run PoCs, and shape the digital platform roadmap.
Own complex technical escalations and production incidents; lead root‑cause analysis and systemic fixes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Extensive experience engaging and managing stakeholders across business, technology, and delivery organisations
Significant experience in digital solution delivery, process improvement, or transformation-focused operations roles
Experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives from design through implementation
