Organisational Design Specialist / Lead (Senior Consultant / Manager)
The opportunity
As an Organisational Design Specialist / Lead (Senior Consultant / Manager) within People Consulting, you will be responsible for leading and delivering workforce strategy and organisation design projects for clients. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will bring innovative ideas to address complex client challenges and deliver impactful solutions that drive value and results.
This role is based in Naarm – Melbourne with flexibility to consider candidates based in Gadigal – Sydney or Meanjin – Brisbane. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your key responsibilities
At Senior Consultant level you will be responsible for:
Delivering client projects: Collaborate with EY colleagues and clients to define and deliver project outcomes.
At Manager level you will be responsible for the above, and:
