What you’ll be responsible for
Lead & Inspire: Supervise and mentor a team of 4, fostering a safety-first culture where everyone goes home unharmed
Maintain Critical Assets: Oversee routine and breakdown maintenance, plan annual shutdowns, and maximise asset lifecycle and availability
Manage Operations: Take ownership of maintenance scheduling, budgets, and CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) workflows to meet KPIs
Ensure Safety & Compliance: Champion our "Always Safe" initiative, manage LOTO procedures, generate permits to work, and ensure zero-harm practices across all activities
Coordinate & Collaborate: Engage contractors, liaise with external teams, and communicate effectively with senior management to minimise downtime and optimise performance
Be On-Call: Participate in roster-based on-call support to respond to breakdowns and ensure asset performance 24/7
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
A trade or technical qualification in mechanical, electrical or a related field
Leadership Experience
Experience in water, wastewater or process plant environments
