Position: Service Contracts and Administration Manager
Location:  UK, National Coverage
Hours:  37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract type: Full Time, Permanent

The impact that you will have:

Ready to take ownership of national healthcare service contracts and turn great service into commercial growth? At Arjo, you’ll lead the day-to-day management and retention of key accounts—bringing Sales and Service together to maximise revenue, protect margin, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve Key Account Plans for national service contracts—spotting opportunities to expand products and services.
• Partner with the National Service Manager to ensure contract delivery meets SLA requirements and issues are resolved early.
• Oversee contract set-up, documentation, and ongoing database accuracy—ensuring clear communication to all stakeholders.
• Capture activity and coordinate accurate invoicing, price increases (where applicable), and liaison with Finance on credit control.
• Monitor contract performance through reporting and analysis; provide management information for contracted and key service customers.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasts for service revenue and provide insightful account performance updates.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Logistics, Installations, Contact Centre and Finance to drive consistent, joined-up delivery.

Lead and develop the team:

• Recruit, induct and performance-manage a high-performing customer service team supporting key accounts and VTE coordination.
• Plan resources to maintain excellent service standards for internal and external customers.
• Identify training needs and build development plans so the team has the skills to deliver at a consistently high standard.
• Use telephony reporting and KPIs to identify trends, remove friction, and continuously improve service delivery.
• Build a positive team culture through regular team meetings and 1:1s, recognising great performance and keeping morale high.

Skills and Experience:

• Good commercial/service experience gained within a healthcare environment
• Well organised and proactive in approach to work and customer service
• An in-depth understanding of the business processes, able to identify, investigate and explain variances to service provision, compliance and financial data and account history
• Need to have good analytical & negotiation skills, having experience of dealing with contract negotiations and presenting contract management information, would be very advantageous
• Interpersonal skills to enable liaison with a wide range of internal and external customers, from presentations to demonstrations, that could have complex elements
• Ability to approach sensitive issues with tact, diplomacy and confidentiality
• Previous leadership experience of multi-functional teams
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, namely MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
