Role: Senior IT Service Manager
Headcount: 1
Location: Hybrid (Southampton, 3 days/week)
Contract: 6 Months

Security Clearance: SC Required

We require an SC-cleared IT Manager to oversee and manage an independent network, ensuring security and compliance. Responsibilities include:

• Administering local network (servers, switches, storage, UPS, etc.)
• Leading cybersecurity efforts (firewall, antivirus, encryption, pen testing)
• First-line IT support for the team
• Managing Microsoft apps (O365, Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics, Azure)
• Administering Case Management System (COMPASS)
• IT procurement and contract management

Essential experience: Intune, firewall management, Rubus, and cybersecurity knowledge.
