Superlanet is seeking an accomplished Senior Epic Beacon Analyst to support high-impact oncology initiatives across our healthcare client portfolio. This is a full-time opportunity supporting several visible and strategic initiatives within enterprise healthcare environments, including a large-scale Community Connect program.
The Senior Epic Beacon Analyst will provide advanced-level application and operational support for oncology-related Epic initiatives. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert for Epic Beacon workflows and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary clinical, operational, and technical teams to improve workflow efficiency, patient safety, and overall oncology operations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, build, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of Epic Beacon workflows

Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into system functionality

Support oncology treatment workflows, protocols, orders, and infusion-related processes

Coordinate and participate in integrated testing, workflow validation, upgrades, and go-live support activities

Troubleshoot application issues and provide advanced-level support and optimization recommendations

Maintain documentation related to system design, workflows, technical standards, and change management

Ensure adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and Epic best practices

Facilitate meetings, manage issue tracking, and support project timelines across multiple initiatives

Partner with cross-functional Epic teams, including Ambulatory, Willow, and Orders teams, as needed

Provide end-user guidance, workflow consultation, and knowledge transfer to operational teams
Qualifications

Epic Beacon Certification required,

Epic Willow, Ambulatory, and/or Clinical Documentation certifications preferred

5+ years of hands on experience supporting Epic Beacon build and oncology workflows in a healthcare environment

Strong understanding of Epic application build, testing, implementation, and optimization methodologies

Experience supporting oncology clinical operations and infusion workflows preferred

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to lead meetings, prioritize initiatives, resolve conflicts, and manage project plans

Ability to understand customer requirements and evaluate downstream technical and operational impacts

Experience documenting workflows, technical specifications, and operational standards

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across clinical, operational, and technical teams

Experience supporting multiple Epic implementations or go-lives preferred
-
Community Connect experience or background supporting multi-entity / multi-organization Epic environments preferred
Benefits
Salary based on experience $120,000 - $150,000
