Job Title: Senior Test Engineer
Experience: 3–5 Years
Job Description: • Understand requirements in detail and design test cases accordingly • Create positive and negative test scenarios with exhaustive coverage • Prepare scope of testing, scope of change, and test case mapping documents • Identify and request relevant test data • Execute test cases and maintain pass/fail trackers • Gather and maintain test evidence in accessible locations • Ensure high standards of testing quality and documentation hygiene • Coordinate with developers for timely bug fixes • Support project go-live activities • Maintain testing updates and documentation in JIRA • Engage with stakeholders and business teams effectively • Take complete ownership of testing activities Required Skills: • 3–5 years of experience in testing and business engagement • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience in test case design and execution • Familiarity with JIRA and defect tracking • Quick learner with strong analytical skills Preferred: • Banking domain knowledge • Graduation in any stream
