The People & Culture Programs Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing holistic, integrated People & Culture (P&C) programs that enhance culture, employee engagement and experience, while ensuring compliance with local legislation.

- Elevate Employee Experience: Drive the design and execution of impactful programs that enhance engagement, wellbeing, and overall employee satisfaction across the organization.

- Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Establish and track key metrics to assess program effectiveness, identify trends, and continuously improve People & Culture initiatives.
- Drive Strategic Alignment & Efficiency: Partner across teams to deliver cohesive programs that support business objectives and optimize operational effectiveness.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve programs that enhance employee engagement and retention across both field and office workforce
- Analyze employee feedback (e.g., surveys, focus groups) to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements
- Partner with leaders, SMEs and Business Partners to ensure programs meet the needs of diverse employee groups
- Support the development and execution of DEI strategies and initiatives that foster an inclusive and equitable workplace
- Track and measure the effectiveness of DEI programs and recommend enhancements
- Oversight and guidance of the employee-led Affinity Groups
- Help define and evolve the company’s EVP to align with employee needs and organizational goals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure EVP messaging is reflected across the employee lifecycle
- Lead the development and administration of employee recognition programs that reinforce company values and celebrate achievements – e.g., tenure, core values awards
- Evaluate program effectiveness and introduce innovative approaches to recognition
- Work closely with the broader P&C / Employee Experience team on cross-functional programs, including:
- Coordinate program logistics, communications, and stakeholder engagement
- Establish metrics and dashboards to evaluate program success and impact
- Use data-driven insights to refine and scale programs
Must haves:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, employee experience, or program management
- Strong experience supporting engagement, culture, and DEI initiatives preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively across diverse employee groups, including field-based teams
- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or similarly complex environments is an asset
This is a new position. Expected annual compensation; $90,000 - $110,000
