YOUR OPPORTUNITY
You are part of the Finance Tech and Data team.
You manage Tech and Data solutions and services, focused on effective and efficient execution of performance management processes.
Not limited to the primary assignment, you support and deliver Tech and data projects in line with finance Tech and Data strategy.
ABOUT YOU
You have good understanding of financial planning processes as well as SAP FI/CO and S/4 HANA Finance knowledge and you are able to understand the business rules and processes related to General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost element and cost center accounting, product costing, profit center accounting
You have a good project management (methodologies, standards, frameworks, tools) and communication skills
You are able to quickly learn & adopt the Bacardi specificity with regards to SAP deployment.
RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
1. Performance Management Solutions
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of financial planning and analytics platforms (e.g., IBM Planning Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud)
• Translate planning, budgeting, and forecasting requirements into scalable system solutions
• Ensure integration with core finance and data platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Group Reporting, BI)
2. Planning & Analytics Enablement
• Enable standardized planning, forecasting, and management reporting processes
• Support development of KPIs, dashboards, and self-service analytics
• Drive adoption of analytics tools to improve business decision-making
3. Planning Applications Support
• Coordinate day-to-day support of planning applications, including incidents, enhancements, and release cycles.
• Act as the link between Finance users, Tech teams, and external partners to ensure stable operations.
4. Performance Management Team Support & Consulting
• Provide functional support and advisory to Performance Management and FP&A teams.
• Help teams optimize planning processes, models, and reporting practices.
• Translate evolving business needs into system and analytics enhancements.
5. Data & Governance
• Partner with Finance and Data teams to define data models and ensure data quality.
• Ensure consistency between planning, actuals, and reporting systems.
6. Business Partnering & Delivery
• Act as a trusted partner to Finance stakeholders, translating business needs into technology solutions.
• Support project delivery and change adoption.

• Coach, mentor, provide constructive feedback and develop the Tech organization around you

• Activities/Projects assigned to you are successfully delivered (On Cost, and On Time, On Scope)
• You demonstrate the capacity of creating the perfect link between Finance Tech and Data Service and business
• You are recognized by business as a valuable partner to deploy business requirements in the system for all Finance topics
SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
Required:
• 4–6 years of experience in IBM Planning Analytics, SAP SAC, SAP Finance (FI/CO) or related technology roles.
• Solid understanding of financial processes (Record-to-Report, Controlling, Treasury, or Consolidation).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC 6.0; understanding of Universal Journal and Fiori apps.
• Working knowledge of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG-F), Group Reporting, or Central Finance is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment.
Preferred:
• Exposure to cloud-based analytics tools (SAC) or BTP extensions.
• Understanding of finance data structures, data quality metrics, and governance frameworks.
• Experience collaborating in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English.
