Role Overview
The Transaction Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the consignment process by executing detail-oriented, system-driven tasks from contract creation through auction readiness. This role ensures accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of transaction data, enabling seamless operations and a strong customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Exhibit A & Contract Creation
- Prepare Exhibit A documents and manage contract entries across internal systems.
- Ensure all contract details are accurate, complete, and properly recorded.
- Asset Entry & Amendments
- Upload and maintain asset information in the system, ensuring data integrity.
- Process asset changes including additions, movements, and cancellations.
- Ownership Documentation Management
- Handle the end-to-end process of ownership documentation, including Bills of Sale and release forms.
- Generate, send, track, and verify completion of documentation workflows.
- Ensure compliance and readiness for auction transactions.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Experience in transaction coordination, operations, or administrative support preferred
- Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and tools
