Role
The Customer Account Specialist will support different areas of our business such as purchasing, logistics, customer service, and administrative support. This is a 6-month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities
Purchasing
- Place purchase orders for raw materials, sister companies, and other suppliers
Logistics
- Organize both inbound and outbound transport
- Update and confirming purchase orders
- Process export permissions and customs clearances with the support of an external company
Customer Service
- Manage orders for external customers
- Process merchandise demands for customer orders (offer and purchasing)
- Find relevant data sheets and drawings
- Maintain the master data
Administration support
- Office management like ordering stationary
- Coordinate medical checkups for the team
- Consolidate documents
- Post-posting/Receiving correspondence
- Book guest accommodation such as flights, hotels, transfers, and catering
- Assess various service and goods providers
- Back up other customer service team members when needed
- Proofread translations and contracts if needed
- Support the organisation of events – if possible – will be discussed case by case
Requirements
- At least 4 years of customer service experience
- Customer focus and service orientation
- Planning & organizing skills
- Self-driven, accountable
- Knowledge of SAP
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Very good level of English and Hungarian
