What You’ll Do
Provide top-quality support to our English and Hungarian-speaking customers via phone and email
Manage service requests, schedule maintenance visits, and coordinate technician activities
Log and track cases accurately in our internal systems
Communicate effectively with colleagues, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations
Collaborate across shifts to keep everything running seamlessly
What Makes You a Great Fit
Near-native skills in Hungarian and English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — even in busy moments
Comfortable working in a dynamic, multinational environment
Proficient with MS Office (Excel & Outlook); Salesforce experience is a plus
