Contract: Full time, 37.5 hours per week and permanent
Reed Swindon is expanding its Industrial division and is looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow a regional temporary desk supporting high volume industrial clients.
You will manage existing client relationships and live requirements while placing a strong focus on developing new business and expanding Reed’s presence within the local industrial market. The role is fast paced and varied, balancing client management, candidate attraction and compliance with the delivery of high volume temporary placements.

Who would suit this role:
Recruitment Consultants with experience in industrial, logistics, warehouse, production or high volume temporary recruitment
Alternatively, candidates with experience managing temporary labour, workforce planning or staffing within industrial environments who are looking to move into recruitment
