As part of partner onboarding initiatives, the intern will support the Project Manager in ensuring the quality and reliability of end-to-end policy and claims management processes and its systems configuration.
The intern will contribute to the analysis policy and digital claims management processes with the objective of building, executing, and monitoring test plans to ensure operational readiness and quality.
Analyzing part of E2E policy and digital claims management processes and related operational flows,
Designing and building test cases and test plans based on functional requirements under the supervision of the project manager,
Executing subset of test campaigns and monitoring their progress,
Analyzing test results, identifying defects, and reporting gaps versus expected outcomes,
Supporting the Project Manager in coordination with internal teams and partners.
Business School/University/ Engineering master’s degree with specialty in Management,
Good knowledge of JIRA,
English level B2/C1,
Serious and autonomous,
Detail-oriented,
Available for a 6-month internship starting in September.
