About the Role
As our Legal Support Officer, you'll be the pivotal administrative link between our clients and our team of dedicated field representatives by:
- Utilising our in-house file management database to enter client instructions, update file progress, and generate reports & invoices.
- Creating templated Affidavits and managing legal documentation.
- Liaising with clients and field agents via phone to ensure seamless communication.
- Coordinating field agents to ensure files are actioned according to internal and external guidelines, procedures, and relevant legislation.
- Conducting quality checks on work to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Providing exemplary customer service to clients, achieving the best possible outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to all policies and procedures.
- Supporting the organisation through proactive administrative duties.

What You'll Bring
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced administrative environment (medical, legal, construction, etc.).
- Proven ability to meet performance targets while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding client service and interpersonal abilities.
- Time management, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to deal with clients and third parties professionally and with sensitivity.
- Professional, positive, and ethical attitude.
- Satisfactory National Police Check (required).
Desirable:
- Administration experience within a law firm (advantageous but not essential).
- Knowledge of legal procedures and court systems.
- Experience with file management databases and legal documentation.
