We are looking for a driven and detail focused Allocation & Replenishment Analyst to join the Platypus team. You will play a key role in managing stock flow across the business, working closely with Planning, Buying and Retail teams to ensure stores are set up to achieve sales and performance targets. What you will be doing • Allocate and replenish stock to stores to drive sales and optimise availability • Monitor and maintain store stock levels and overall inventory performance • Analyse sales trends to identify opportunities, risks and actionable insights • Manage replenishment strategies to maximise sell through and minimise stock issues • Allocate new range indents and support seamless, on time product launches • Support new store openings with end to end stock coordination • Proactively manage stock on hand SOH including consolidation of inventory across the network • Contribute to weekly trade reporting and performance analysis • Manage store gradings, profiles and core line performance • Partner with stores, warehouse and customer experience teams to ensure smooth stock flow • Monitor inbound receipts, deliveries and warehouse stock levels What you bring • Previous experience in allocation, replenishment or merchandise planning preferred • Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills • A proactive, solutions focused mindset with the ability to work in a fast paced environment • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams Why join Platypus At Platypus we are passionate about sneakers, street culture and delivering results.
