As we continue to grow and modernise, we’re looking for a Collections Team Leader who can lead from the front, drive results, and build a high‑performing team in a fast‑moving environment.
As a Cash Allocations Officer, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the financial engine running smoothly. By accurately allocating customer payments and maintaining clean ledgers, you’ll directly support cash flow, enable effective collections, and prevent downstream disputes.
Your attention to detail and problem‑solving skills will help ensure our finance systems reflect accurate, timely, and reliable data, supporting both operational decision‑making and financial reporting.
About the Role
This is a detail‑focused role for someone who enjoys working with numbers, systems, and structured processes.
Reporting to the Collections Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for allocating incoming payments, resolving discrepancies, and working closely with Collections Officers, Finance, and customers to resolve issues quickly and accurately. Budget for this role is $75,000 plus super.
