The FMCG, Fast Moving Consumer Goods team drives growth across everyday essentials, from personal care to health and beauty. We partner with leading brands and sellers to deliver seamless, engaging shopping experiences that make TikTok Shop a trusted destination for daily needs.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and incubate brands, principals, distributors and key merchants that contribute meaningful GMV growth within Makeup & Skincare
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, negotiate commercial plans and secure best deals based on campaign priorities and seasonality
- Identify growth opportunities for merchants through assortment expansion, pricing strategy, content, livestream and affiliate levers, while building JBPs
- Manage seller performance and service quality, including cancellation rate, return rate, shipping lead time and customer experience to improve conversion
- Manage mid and long-tail sellers throxugh scalable incubation programs, seller communications and performance management tools
- Develop and execute category or sub-category growth plans with clear actions across traffic, assortment, content and monetisation levers
- Track market trends, competitor landscape and consumer demand within the beauty industry to identify opportunities and risks
- Support internal business reviews, merchant pitches and commercial presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
- Collaborate cross-functionally with campaign, creator, ads and operations teams to drive category growth targets
