To drive our customer success initiatives to new heights, we are seeking a talented and strategic Sr. Program Manager, with proven project management experience and commercial expertise, to join our team. This is a key position within the Global Customer Success team, where you will play an instrumental role in establishing the Customer Success function in the regions by driving initiatives that improves customer engagement and supports our commercial agenda.
About the position
As the Sr. Program Manager, you will help us shape the future of our newly established Customer Success function globally, by developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and growth.
On top of that, your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and executing a comprehensive global strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Leading the development and implementation of customer programs (e.g. to improve onboarding, adoption and retention), processes and tools to optimize customer engagement, satisfaction and customer lifetime value.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with local Customer Success teams across all regions, ensuring strong alignment and execution with local regions across our diverse markets.
• Help to create the foundation of direct engagement with our customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer challenges and resolve issues proactively.
• Drive performance management and analysing customer insights to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Furthermore, it will be the role of the Sr. Program Manager to act as a business partner to the regions to identify and deliver improvements as well as setting direction with clear targets to maintain focus on delivering the tasks set forth.
Experience and Skills:
We imagine that you have a proven track record of driving customer success in a fast-paced environment, have strong project management skills, a passion for building strong relationships, and the ability to strategically align customer success initiatives with overall business goals.
You also have:
• Proven track record of driving commercial initiatives and projects across global and local functions
• Extensive experience in developing and implementing Customer Success Programs, processes, and tools, from either a corporate commercial role or as a consultant
• Deep understanding of customer success principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address customer needs effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to collaborate and maintain strong relationships within an organisation
