Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Senior Executive - IT responsible for providing technical support, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of both hardware and software, along with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users (onsite and remote).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and application software.
- Manage user data backups and ensure compliance with data security policies.
- Deploy and manage antivirus and endpoint security solutions across systems.
- Configure and administer domain environments, including Active Directory, user accounts, and permissions.
- Monitor and manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switching and network troubleshooting.
- Deliver efficient remote support and ensure timely resolution of user issues.
- Coordinate and support IT-related meetings and activities.
- Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, including system configurations and issue logs.
- Ensure high service quality by adhering to defined SLAs and support standards.
- Troubleshoot and maintain both macOS (MacBook) and Windows-based systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred), with certifications such as CCNA/CCNP.
- 3–5 years of IT support experience with strong expertise in macOS (MacBook) and Windows troubleshooting (hardware & software).
- Solid knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, networking (LAN/WAN), and domain environments (Active Directory).
- Hands-on experience with data backup & recovery, including Veritas End User Backup solutions (preferred).
- Proficient in antivirus tools, endpoint security, remote support methodologies, with strong communication & documentation skills.
