We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Sales Executive to join our KDW (Kitchen, Doors & Wardrobes) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key corporate accounts, and developing new business opportunities in the assigned market.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to achieve sales targets by maximizing revenue from existing and new corporate clients.
- Capability to build, develop, and maintain a strong client base through effective relationship management and product presentations.
- Ability to respond to client inquiries within 48 hours and prepare accurate quotations.
- Strong coordination skills to work with the Business Development team for new opportunities.
- Ability to manage client concerns, resolve service-related issues, and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Experience in following up on receivables, including payments, bank guarantees, and other financial securities.
- Proficiency in using internal software for client management, reporting, and data tracking.
- Ability to identify and onboard at least one new key account per month to support business growth.
- Ability to conduct market visits for business development activities.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of layout plan reading and project study.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architectural Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales & design consulting with a focus on kitchens, wardrobes, and doors.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Strong ability to read layout plans and understand project requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
