restoration and construction firm is looking for a
Project Manager Assistant
to support full‑cycle project delivery across residential and commercial
restoration work.

What You’ll Do
You’ll work closely with Project
Managers to keep projects on track, on budget, and fully documented. Your
responsibilities will include:

Coordinating project start‑up requirements:
confirming deductibles, securing authorizations, and arranging progress
draws

Reviewing construction plans and consulting with
engineers to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Scheduling and coordinating trades, emergency
crews, inspections, and permit requirements

Maintaining clear, consistent communication with
homeowners, business owners, adjusters, property managers, tenants, and
subcontractors
-
Managing change orders, additional work requests,
and all related documentation

Ensuring all project files, reports, and compliance
documents meet client and internal standards

Supporting project accounting: invoicing,
receivables follow‑up, budget tracking, and profitability reviews

Preparing weekly project status updates, KPIs, and
claim reports
-
Building strong relationships with trades,
adjusters, and internal teams
-
Sending customer surveys, warranties, and
completion documentation

Learning and using industry software including
Xactimate, Symbility, PSA, and Optimizer
Requirements
What You Bring
-
2+ years of administrative or coordination
experience (restoration or construction experience is a strong asset)

Strong Microsoft Office skills
-
Experience with PSA, Xactimate, or Symbility is an
advantage

Excellent communication skills — written, verbal,
and over the phone

High attention to detail and the ability to juggle
competing deadlines

Confidence working independently while also
collaborating with a project team

Professionalism when dealing with clients,
subcontractors, and stakeholders

Ability to produce accurate, high‑quality documents
quickly

A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset
Benefits
Remuneration: $
60,000-$70,000 per year
(depending on experience) plus health benefits.
